RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- In case you are interested in any of our vacancies, please send us your CV. We will contact you within a few days and potentially invite you for an interview.
- Our recruitment process usually has two rounds of interviews.
- In the first round, we discuss your experience, give you more details about the company as well as the position and verify your technical skills and competencies with a short test.
- In case of a successful first round, we agree on a date and time for round number two.
- If feedback is positive you will receive an employment offer including remuneration, start date
and detailed next steps. When you decide to accept our offer, we follow up with further necessary formalities, e.g. entry medical check, employment documentation, etc.
ONBOARDING PROCESS
- During your first day, we will walk you around the office, explain how everything works, you will meet your new colleagues and have a short meeting with your manager to set up expectations.
- We realize that what we do is highly specialized therefore, we will prepare a tailor-made onboarding program for you flexible to be adjusted per your needs.
- Each of us has been a rookie once. We like to remember our beginnings back in the day but we also remember how difficult it is to get up and running.
- There are no stupid questions and we will be happy to help and provide support, especially at the beginning.
